Environmental Management in Jönköping has achieved something no other company has managed before: transforming solid digestate from the dry digestion of biowaste into a high-quality soil product. Behind this solution is Norditek—“the only equipment supplier willing to take on the challenge”—when the municipality sought out potential partners.

On a former industrial site in Högsbo, central Gothenburg, a successful project was carried out focusing on the recycling of the old bearing layer and surrounding excavated material. By using Our crushing and screening technology, almost all of the material could be reused directly on site, contributing to significant environmental and economic savings.

When GotEvent needed a sustainable and efficient solution to handle large amounts of used artificial grass and soil from Gamla Ullevi, they turned to Norditek. The challenge was to find a method of mass handling that could be carried out in the middle of Gothenburg's city center, without disturbing the nearby environment and at the same time minimizing the climate footprint.

This project is a good example of when a simple recycling solution creates good economics while reducing emissions and the use of virgin material extraction. The recycling of anti-slip material also contributes to a safer everyday life during the winter months.

Telge Återvinning has gotten off to a flying start with its flexible plant from Norditek. One windshifter quickly became two and the flexible sorting plant now runs all kinds of materials with a higher production rate as well as processing rate.

The collaboration between Norditek and Rang-Sells is behind the new opportunity to increase the recycling rate of precious metals from ash, which brings potentially large environmental benefits.

Now that it has a Screening plants with a broader scope, it is better equipped to work on recycling in the future.
