Norditek's eddy current magnet is used, for example, toremove non-magnetic metals from slag in waste incineration plants. It is available in three sizes and can be customized for a specific application.
Heavier metals (copper, brass, gold, silver, lead) are more valuable and very resource-intensive to mine, enrich and produce. Therefore Our eddy current magnet has many useful applications.
The eddy current technique allows a material with high electrical conductivity and low density to be separated more easily. Conductivity is a measure of how well it conducts electricity, while density is important because it affects the weight of the piece of metal. So for the eddy current forces created by the magnetic roller to separate the material effectively, they must overcome the force of gravity.
