Norditek is growing, and we are now looking for two new colleagues for our office in Fjärås: a product developer and a technical sales representative. Both roles are hybrid, and HERTIN / MANKERT is handling the recruitment.
As a product developer, you’ll be responsible for developing our own machines—from Screening plants and air classifiers to complete plants. You’ll lead product development projects from concept to finished solution in collaboration with the sales team and other engineers. You’ll draw on the expertise you need, and your work will always be customer-focused to understand their needs and the problems that need to be solved. We’re looking for someone with experience in product or production development for machinery, who enjoys driving projects forward and is curious about how AI tools can streamline work. As a technical sales representative, you’ll work with companies and municipalities that want to recycle construction waste, biomass, excavated material, and other material streams. You’ll manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, with support from application engineers who prepare test reports and an inside sales representative who handles calculations and quotes. We’re looking for someone with experience in B2B sales, preferably of machinery or technical systems with longer sales cycles. The position includes a fixed salary, commission, and a company car. Common to both roles is our Recycling Lab and Test Center in Fjärås, where we conduct test runs of customers’ own materials in our machines. This ensures a short path from idea to testing to results, both in development and in sales. For both positions, we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who communicates fluently in Swedish and English and holds a Class B driver’s license. A technical education in fields such as mechanical engineering, construction, or environmental studies is a plus. These roles involve travel within Sweden and Europe.
