Big gains with new method for washing excavated soil in the field

This week we started up the new mobile plant for washing excavated material. With 100 million tons of newly produced ballast per year in Sweden, the potential for recycling more here is enormous!

Check out how the facility works here:

Mobile plant providing high quality stone and sand

Our method for recycling excavated material handles the simpler materials that make up the largest flows in society. The mobile plant is expandable from simple recycling to more advanced. The washing part of the plant is developed by Finlay and fits well with Norditek's screen and wind screens.

The plants can deal with muddy and sticky masses and obtain very small fractions. It is possible to obtain fractions down to 0.1 mm. This results in very high quality stone, soil and sand.
