Job Description
Norditek is seeking a humble and dedicated financial assistant who is interested in working in a diverse role involving finance, administration, and coordination. The role involves working closely with the Finance Manager, as well as collaborating with the Marketing Manager, the sales team, and external partners.
Your main focus in economics will be:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping
- Incoming invoices
- Expense Report – Receipts, Mileage Reimbursement
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage certain aspects of VAT
- Report employer contributions, estimated tax to the Swedish Tax Agency, etc.
- Payroll administration
In terms of administrative and coordination tasks, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Provide support at trade shows and customer events through coordination and planning
- Manage customer lists and mailings
- Support the sales organization with administrative tasks to ensure a well-organized structure

You will report to Finance Manager Fredric Johansson. The position is based at the Gothenburg office while the Norditek Recycling Lab in Fjärås is being completed.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with an interest in and a basic understanding of finance who thrives in a role with varied responsibilities where no two days are alike. You have solid experience in prioritizing tasks and taking the initiative to do what needs to be done in the best interests of the company and its customers.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience in a role involving similar responsibilities, including both finance and administration
- Experience working with Fortnox
- Good computer skills
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a basic knowledge of English
To thrive and succeed in the role of Financial Assistant at Norditek, you need experience working at small, growing companies with flat hierarchies and a strong emphasis on collaboration among colleagues.
