The mobile recycling plant can handle masses that previously could not be reused. With a maximum capacity of 200 tonnes per hour, the plant is a unique facility with a high production capacity for stabilizing clay soils and other unstable masses.

PreZero will be the first in Sweden to have such facilities. “After a thorough process of evaluating the options on the market, Norditek was ultimately the only company left that can now solve this with a soil stabilization solution that provides the right soil properties and maintains a sufficiently high production capacity without the facility becoming a massive behemoth,” says Andreas Pettersson of Norditek.
As the recycling plant is mobile, PreZero can now offer on-site stabilization and reduce transport with negative environmental impact. As it will also be possible to use residual products such as burnt lime or ash in the stabilization process itself, it means that you now get a higher resource efficiency on other materials as well.

The mobile recycling plant for soil stabilization will be commissioned in early 2025.
