New film evidence of the crusher recycling rubber tires and mattresses

The TANA Shark has done it again. This time, the single-axis giant from our neighbor to the east has shown off its capabilities by crushing both mattresses and large tires. Two of the most difficult materials to work with out there.

End-of-life tires for cars, trucks, planes and heavy vehicles are among the most difficult types of waste to recycle. An impossible task for other crushers with the same fuel efficiency and capacity, but TANA's high torque makes it possible to shred tires to a very homogeneous particle size - in just one pass! In addition, most metals can be separated during the shredding process.

New rubber products

End-of-life tires and tire products can be used productively in many different ways, such as

- Manufacture of new rubber products such as soft surfaces and conveyor belts.

- Road construction and paving

- Alternative fuel source for energy and cement producers

- Brake pads and other rubber products create more emissions and cost more money.

Recycling mattresses is a more difficult job

Mattresses can be really tricky to crush and the springs hard to handle - but with a slow-moving crusher from our friends at TANA, that's no longer a problem. With the best capacity in the industry, the TANA Sharken shatters all expectations as usual!

Mattress recycling is an effective way to turn waste into a valuable resource. The material in mattresses that is usually landfilled can instead be given new opportunities through recycling but it requires a homogeneous particle size, which TANA Shark can provide.
