Today, Norditek is present at stand 375 at the Entreprenad Live fair outside Gothenburg to showcase the new electrically powered sorting plant, the highlights of which include:
- Longer sifting area for cleaner fractions: The extended sifting area with flip flow technology in the new Our machine allows for even more efficient sorting of waste and masses, resulting in cleaner fractions and reduced contamination.
- Lower energy consumption and starting current: Norditek's electric Screening plants is designed with energy efficiency in mind, leading to lower energy consumption and reduced starting current, resulting in significant savings in operating costs.
- Integrated power plant can power multiple modules: Designed with a smart sequence start, the new sorting plant can power multiple modules simultaneously, increasing the capacity and efficiency of waste sorting. The sequence start makes it possible to stop and start all functions without leaving the cab. Good for the working environment in terms of dust and noise.
- New control system provides better control: The advanced control technology in the new machine gives operators better control and increased precision in production.
- Electric caterpillar: The operator can caterpillar the machine by remote control without leaving the cab and drive the machine closer to the pile as the pile is moved. Being able to move the machine instead of moving the pile means less use of wheel loaders.
The sorting plant has been developed to fill a gap in today's supply. With Norditek's new electrically powered Screening plants , it is now possible, for example, to run a process line for construction waste 100% on electricity.
