Fredric Johansson, who has served as CFO of Norditek Group AB, has decided to leave his position to take on a similar role at a company that does not compete with Norditek.
Interim CFO and Continuity
To ensure continuity in the finance function, including quarterly reporting and ongoing financial management, an interim CFO has been appointed. Norditek believes that the transition will not affect the company’s ability to fulfill its reporting obligations to Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
