As a test and development engineer, you will be at the center of this work and involved in ROI analyses and improvement projects from concept to testing and implementation, where you will play a key role in proposing business-oriented and resource-efficient solutions that leverage Norditek’s technology to create value. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and customers. For larger installations, you will also assist in a more project-management-oriented role.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing lab tests from start to finish, planning and conducting tests, analyzing results, documenting them in clear reports, and translating these insights into tangible value for both product development and sales. The work is varied, hands-on, and analytical—with a clear impact on technology and customer value. You will also help build and expand Norditek’s knowledge base regarding material properties, processes, and recycling, as well as ensure that sorting, sampling, and recycling are carried out in a structured and systematic manner.
Norditek House will serve as a hub for development and innovation in the recycling industry, where you, as a test and development engineer, will lead training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing regarding our recycling systems.

- Technical education; a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred
- At least a couple of years of experience in technical project work
- Experience working proactively in a customer-focused role
- Experience working with needs assessments and reports
- Technical generalist with an understanding of drawings, layouts, and CAD
- Experience working in companies within an entrepreneurial environment
Travel may be required as part of the job, so a driver's license is required. Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is also required.
