The mobile plant enables very rapid setup of a system for washing and recycling excavated material. The washing system is a fully container-based and modular system that can be set up quickly and offers high flexibility. The system consists oftwo 40-foot containers, the smallest configuration of any complete washing plant, making it particularly suitable for project-based recycling.
The delivery also includesa water treatment system for recycling process water, which minimizes water consumption and enhances the overall effectiveness of the solution.

The modular solution is tailored to the customer’s project volumes and can be supplemented with sorting and air separation to create a complete process. The combination of mobility, a relatively low capital investment, and rapid commissioning makes this technology particularly attractive in today’s market.
This delivery is one of several similar washing solutions in a short period of time, confirming a clear increase in demand. According to Norditek, there is significant market potential in processing excavated material locally—in infrastructure, construction, and recycling—where large volumes are still sent to landfills or used for low-value applications.
“The fact that decisions are being made more quickly now shows that the market is maturing. More players are recognizing the business value of taking control of both their own and others’ data,” says Peter Macina, Business Area Manager at Norditek.
